SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
Shipping Policy
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi by reputed courier agencies. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 2 business days. You can expect delivery of the order within 4-5 business day. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 7-10 working days
For International orders – All international orders are processed within 2 business days. You can expect delivery of the order within 10-12 business days
Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays or any public holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.
Shipping Charges
For India Orders:
We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 349, within India. For all orders below INR 349, we charge an additional delivery charge of just INR 40.

For International orders :
We also ship internationally across all countries. Courier Charges, Custom charges and handling rates vary based on the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
How Can I Track My Order ?
To track your order, you can follow the track shipping link in your confirmation email.. Alternatively, you could mail us your order no. and registered email ID on payalchandhok@gmail.com using which you placed your order or call us on +91-9810256544. We will check and revert to you on your order status. Please note we are available Mon-Sat from 10am to 7pm IST (except on Public holidays)
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so till your order is dispatched from our warehouse by reaching us on our customer care.
