Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so till your order is dispatched from our warehouse by reaching us on our customer care.

Returns, refunds & Exchanges

We always pack our products with love and take extreme care to ensure that products that reach you are fully safe and have not been used before, thus we do not allow any returns, refunds or exchanges unless for the situations described below.

For domestic orders a refund or exchange is only possible in case of damaged products received by the customer, after proper validation. You are required to let us know within 7 days of recieving a damaged product so that we can proceed with a refund or exchange. Please note that refunds may take up to 5 working days to process. Exchange may also take up to 5 working days to process.
